Install the extension in your browser
Add MassBlocker from the Chrome Web Store (Brave and Edge also use the Chrome store). One click — it appears in your toolbar immediately. No restart, no account, no permissions beyond the Threads tab.

Navigate to Threads — any list, any page
Go to your followers list, a user's follower page, a reply thread — anywhere accounts are visible. MassBlocker injects a lightweight selection interface directly into the page. No new tabs. No context switching.

Select accounts. Click Block All. Done.
Check individual accounts or select all. Apply optional filters (follower count, account age). Hit Block All. MassBlocker queues and fires each block action with a human-paced delay to respect rate limits. Walk away and come back to a clean feed.
